Directors Report June 2015

On June 3rd Catherine Marshall and Julia Gionet finished the first phase of their volunteer training. On June 9th our Nurse Manager, Paula Butler attended the Prenatal to 3 meeting held at the WIC office in Fitchburg. She told the gathering about our Infant CPR Anytime program and left a flyer for them to give to their clients. We have been given a grant from a donor to purchase the kits. The number of ultrasounds we have done has been doubled in 2015. On June 13th we had a table at the Juneteeth festival at Riverside Park in Fitchburg. The sponsors of the event was the Hope center and New Hope church. It was a joy to hear all the gospel music and watch the dancers. Sheavoynne from the board joined me.
