Pictured is the Reverend Rodney Dobbs, Pastor of Leominster United Methodist Church and Gail Gardner the Executive Director of our center in Fitchburg. We were privileged to be invited to share what we do at their Sunday service on June 12th. Pastor Dobbs talked to the young people at the church telling them how important it is to have a compass if you get lost. We agree that navigating through life choices can be difficult and it is easy to get lost. We want to be a compass to those who need help. As a Christian ministry, our mission is to offer life-affirming alternatives to abortion and compassionate counsel to those who face pregnancy and abortion related issues. Sharing with the church that there have been over 50 million babies lost to abortion since it was legalized, I emphasized that we are a medical clinic offering pregnancy tests and ultra-sounds free of charge. It is expensive to be a medical clinic, we do not receive any funding from the government. Leominster United Methodist Church is one of many area churches participating in our fundraiser. Our church families are given baby bottles to fill with change, we ask them to “spare some change, to make a change.”
